1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility & item condition (hygiene notice)

For hygiene reasons, socks/stockings must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• in original condition and packaging.

We may deny returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging.

3. How to start a return (RMA)

Email support@compressionstockingnsocks.com with:

• your order number,
• the item(s) you want to return,
• the reason for return (optional),
• photos if the item is damaged/defective.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error (wrong item or verified defect).

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or other solution as applicable).

7. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.

If the order has shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
