1. Where we ship
We currently ship to: United States.
2. Processing / dispatch time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 business hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
3. Estimated delivery time (US)
Estimated delivery time is 8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak season, or other events outside our control.
4. Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.
5. Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@compressionstockingnsocks.com. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.
6. Incorrect address / refused delivery / returned packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal:
- we may offer reshipment (additional shipping may apply), or
- we may refund the product price (excluding shipping) if the return is eligible.
7. Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help investigate.
8. Duties & import charges (neutral wording)
In some cases, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by authorities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
